Utilise a couple of hours on the day before your JEE exam to glance through important formulae or theories you have already studied. Avoid learning a new concept at the last minute, which might lead to confusion and stress.

Carry your admit card, hall ticket, and identification card. Then, pack other essentials including stationery, a water bottle, and a healthy snack for between sessions. Also, be aware of the items that you are not allowed to carry into the exam hall.

Take a trip to your JEE Main exam centre before the actual day of your exam to ensure that you have no trouble locating it. This will also help you determine how early you might have to leave to avoid traffic.

Since you’ve spent months studying, you need a little break before you set out to attempt this crucial exam. Read a book, spend time in nature, or watch a wholesome movie. This will help you rejuvenate and get ready for the next day.

Set an alarm to wake up early and lay out the clothes that you are wearing. Also, make sure that your transport is arranged. Do not leave any decisions for the morning of the exam.

Give your brain a boost by eating protein-rich food. Avoid eating junk, heavy meals, or anything unfamiliar so that you do not fall sick and can remain active. Eat a hearty breakfast before you head out to your exam centre.

A good night’s sleep of 8 hours is essential before your exam. When you have enough rest, your memory recall is better and you can also stay focused. Sleep early to wake up with a fresh mind.
