What to do if the automatic download feature does not work on your mobile device?
1. Enable the downloads in the settings of your internet browser
2. Clear the cache from the internet browser
3. Turn off the data saver mode and restart the device
4. If everything fails, uninstall and reinstall the internet browser
5. If the problem persists, consider downloading the PDF from a desktop computer or laptop
