What should you do if the automatic download option on your mobile device does not work?
1. In your internet browser’s settings, enable downloads.
2. Delete the cache in your internet browser.
3. Deactivate data saver mode and restart the device.
4. If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall the web browser.
5. If the problem persists, try downloading the PDF from a desktop or laptop.
