Here are three simple and yummy recipes for you to try.
Recipe #1 – The Goody Green Salad
What you need?
- 1 cup moong (green lentil) bean sprouts
- 1 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make?
- Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients together.
- Mix well and its ready to eat.
Pro tip: Roast some papads and eat it along with the salad
Recipe #2 – Marvellous Milkshake
What you need?
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 cup fresh diced apple
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
How to make?
- Put everything in a blender and make a smooth mixture.
- Pour it in a glass
- Your milkshake is ready to drink.
Recipe #3 – Easy Chocolate Fudge
What you need?
- 350 grams chopped dark chocolate
- 30 grams of butter
- 150 grams of nuts or biscuits
- 1 can of condensed milk
How to make?
- Put the chopped chocolate, butter and condensed milk on a thick bottom pan. Keep it on the stove on a low flame and stir to melt.
- Remove the pan from the stove and keep it aside.
- Put the biscuits or nuts in a bag and crush them, until you get a mix of small and big pieces.
- Now, add the biscuits or nuts to the chocolate mixture. Mix the ingredients well.
- Pour the mix in a square tin or any other shallow box.
- Allow it to set in the freezer for 3 hours.
- Once set, cut it into squares and dig in!
