The National Testing Agency (NTA) has rescheduled the JEE Main-2022 Session 1, while the registration for the same is in progress.
Earlier the first session was scheduled to begin on 16, April 2022. However, with CBSE recently releasing the date sheet for Term 2 Board Exams, it was found that there was a clash in the dates.
Therefore, in order to support the students writing both board exams and competitive exams, the NTA has rescheduled session 1 of the JEE Main exams.
The revised dates are as follows:
Session 1: 21, 24, 25, 29 April and 1, 4, May 2022
Session 2: May 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 (No change in dates)
Students will receive the information about their exam city in the first week of April and can download the admit card in the second week of April.
The last date to apply online for Session 1 of JEE Main-2022 is 31 March.
Students are advised to be careful while filling out the online application form as no corrections are allowed once the form is submitted.
The NTA also recommends students keep visiting the Official websites – (www.nta.ac.in) and (jeemain.nta.nic.in) for more information and timely updates.

Sara started her professional journey in a newsroom and quickly realised that words and stories are her happy place. You may have noticed that she adores her alliteration. She’s also an ailurophile who needs her fix of cute kitty reels to unwind. A warm cup of coffee, chocolates with hazelnut, and a Netflix binge on a cosy chair are all she needs in life. Trees and beaches make her very happy too.
