These are extraordinary times, and we hope you are staying safe and doing well.
In these past few months, we have experienced a transformation in the way we work, function, connect, and even operate on a day-to-day basis. From the familiar work-life schedule, we had to transition to a new normal that entailed working from home, connecting via video calls, and collaborating remotely to achieve our goals to the best of our capabilities. A switch that has introduced us to innovative ways of collaborating and working together even though we are apart.
We have efficiently worked as a team during these trying times and have even set milestones like never before. And for this, we have to thank you who have made all of it possible! We appreciate your hard work and celebrate your contribution to helping us achieve our goals. But while we celebrate the milestones, we also understand that it hasn’t been an effortless journey.
These uncertain times might have been stressful for some of you, and you might have experienced fear and worry about your own health, the health of your loved ones, or over the loss of support services that you relied on. It is understandable and completely relatable. The pandemic has upended our daily lives, and in the light of these changes, we must come together to support each other in our journey to emotional and mental wellbeing.
We understand and realise this and are committed to prioritising mental and emotional health – just as we prioritise other aspects of our employee’s wellbeing. We are therefore taking a step in this direction with the launch of BYJU’S Let’s Talk.
BYJU’S Let’s Talk is our new employee wellness initiative. It provides you and all other BYJUites with access to 24X7 one-on-one online counselling via chat in real-time. You can book chat, telephonic or video counselling appointments with an expert. In addition, you also get free access to self-assessment tests and wellness resources.
We are hoping that with the BYJU’S Let’s Talk initiative, launched in partnership with YourDOST, India’s leading online counselling and emotional wellness coach, we can contribute to fostering conversations around mental health and wellbeing of people.
To emerge stronger and better through times like these, we all need to be compassionate and supportive of one another. Every member of the BYJU’S family should have a place to share and feel heard, and this is our effort towards creating that safe space.
