They don’t wear extravagant masks or colourful capes. They don’t fly from one building to another. And they can’t read minds or predict the future. Their grit and dedication to their work, and supporting BYJUites round-the-clock, is their superpower. They are the real-life superheroes of BYJU’S.
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, a hero is “A person who is admired or idealised for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.”
What better way to describe the security and housekeeping staff – the real-life superheroes of BYJU’S! They constantly strive to keep us safe and our workspaces clean and sanitised, and we can’t thank them enough for making the lives of BYJUites easier and happier.
In this edition, we speak to the security and housekeeping staff located at BYJU’S Kalyani Tech Park and IBC Knowledge Park offices (both in Bengaluru). The four superheroes not only share their journey at BYJU’S but also throw light on their interaction with BYJUites, help us understand their job roles, and how becoming an integral part of BYJU’S has been a life-changing experience for them.

Alfred North Whitehead said, “No one who achieves success does so without the help of others. The wise and confident acknowledge this help with gratitude.” Let’s all laud the ongoing work of these individuals who have been (and continue to be) a strong support system for every BYJUite.
