Follow us on,

Introducing BYJU’S Super Five, a mini-series spotlighting some incredible BYJUites who have been with us for five years or more. In a quick chat, they take us beyond work, to share a glimpse into their career, life lessons, journey at BYJU’S and more.

First up is Dipasha Mukherji! The Associate Manager, Creatives, says if she could have one superpower, it would be “to spread kindness”.

Dipasha Mukherji – Associate Manager, Creatives at BYJU’S

How would you describe your job at a dinner party?

It’s fun, chaotic, crazy… it’s a lot of things. I make fun educational content for kids. From looking at scripting, art production to the scalability of a product, I envision how something can be made as fun as possible for the kids.

The best part about your job?

Watching what I envision in a project slowly come to life is the best part about my job. It’s magical when you see your ideas become a reality.

If you could pick a superpower to change the world, what would it be?

The world needs more kindness. So I would like to have the ability to remind people to not take anyone for granted be it friends, family or strangers. If the world is a kinder place, everything becomes better.

Favourite lockdown companion?

It’s my team. After five years in BYJU’S, they have become my family. It’s more than work now. And it has become more apparent during WFH that colleagues are not just colleagues anymore.

What’s a hobby/activity you have picked up recently?

I have become very invested in sending postcards. To friends and to strangers. It’s such a fun way to connect with people. So I scribble some of my poetry, add some artworks and send the card with a message. It’s a joyful experience.

Mantra to staying at the top of your game?

Always be open to change and new ideas. Have an open mindset so you can pick up things from others, learn and adapt.
