5. Drink a gut-healthy smoothie

Blend up a few healthy ingredients together for a gut-healthy smoothie. Drinking a healthy smoothie in the morning helps feed your gut healthy microbes, prevents cravings and provides energy during the day.

6. Write down 3 things you are grateful for

Practising gratitude in the morning keeps negative emotions at bay and will trump feelings of anxiety and anger during your day. Write down 3 things you are grateful for every morning as you drink your smoothie 🙂
